The wheel of time keeps turning
On and on it goes
So come to me and sit a spell
Smell the fragrant rose
Nature’s bounty ever delights
Goodness does abound
Even if this wheel of time
Keeps going round and round
Round and round I spin it
Catch me if you can
Nothing makes life worth living
More than having a friend
A friend who spins the wheel of time
Turning it like a clock
A friend who holds the key to your heart
And turns it at every lock
Time is not your enemy
We will surely meet here again
Because this wheel I’m spinning
Spins forever without end
